FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has protective members which are installed in washer and are clamped by bush. One of protective members is used for closing in released position of main passage to protect it from unauthorized access. This protective member is adapted for breaking under action of end of locking stem. Other protective member is used to prevent unauthorized access to body of revolution in fixed position through clearance between surfaces of locking stem and openings. Aforesaid embodiment of device ensures higher reliability in use together with simplification of design. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 cl, 4 dwg
