FIELD: locking devices. SUBSTANCE: installed on body of device and on lateral head of locking stem are protective shells which can embrace body and locking stem. Protective shells can be destructed at attempt of unauthorized opening. Installed on small base of body is protective strip which is pressed against body by washer. Protective strip can be destructed due to action of pointed end of locking stem. The embodiment of device ensures higher efficiency in use and simpler manufacture.
