SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for closing and simultaneously sealing various vehicles equipped with locking points, as well as warehouses and rooms with material values. Improving operational reliability by improving the reliability of individual components of the locking and sealing device is achieved by the fact that in the locking and sealing device containing a cable, the passive end of which is rigidly fixed in the housing, equipped with a lid and a glass with an inner surface consisting of two parts with different angles of taper, and with a smaller angle of taper, a portion of the surface of the cup is made, located closer to the cap, in which are made through channels for the passage of the free end of the cable and placed the locking mechanism when locking the free end of the cable, which includes a separator spring-loaded from the lid side, having radial holes with movably placed in them locking elements in the form of bodies of revolution, interacting when locked with a cable, on the side of the lid there is an adjoining shell with a locking disk installed inside it, formed by at least two pie plates and a washer from an elastically deformable material located between the locking disc and the spring of the separator, while in the housing at the angle to the through channel for passing the free end of the cable there is a threaded hole, in which the locking screw is installed, which is separated when locking the free end of the cable in the section with weakened strength from the process tail, at the inner surface of the glass, consisting of two parts with different angles of taper, ratio of the larger taper angle to the smaller taper angle of these parts is 1.5–3.0, the through channel of the lid is provided with an internal flange, around which the coil of the spring interacting with the lid is located, technological shank is made in the form of a rod fitted with a bar, so that the rod is located in the middle of the bar and the threaded hole in which the locking screw is installed is narrowed from the technological side of the technological shaft with the exception of the possibility of removing the locking screw from it.
EFFECT: it is preferable that the washer from an elastically deformable material be made of a polymeric material, and the locking screw is made of a material whose hardness exceeds the hardness of the material of the body.
