FIELD: space transport; delivery of payloads to geostationary orbit and backward to Earth. SUBSTANCE: according to invention, payload and passenger capsule is isolated by magnetic field and is ejected by plasma flow formed by means of plasmatrons located on floating platform mainly in World Ocean at the equator. Dampening effect acting on accelerating plasma on side of Earth's atmosphere is eliminated by artificial whirlwind-eddy created by gas directing member (pylons) of platform making use of plasma flowing from peripheral plasmatrons. Plasma flow injecting the capsule is directed inside along axis of this eddy-whirlwind. EFFECT: increased amount of payload and number of passengers at level of acceleration acceptable for manned flights. 3 dwg
