FIELD: sugar production. SUBSTANCE: method comprises dissolution of crystalline sugar on heating, filtration and decoloration of syrup. Sugar is dissolved at 75-95 C to dry matter content of 70-75%. After decoloration, anticrystallizer is added to syrup in amount of 2-5% based on weight of syrup. Syrup is low saccharified starch syrup containing 18-38% of reducing agents. EFFECT: higher concentration of sugar in syrup and longer period of storage thereof. 3 ex, 1 tbl
