FIELD: sugar industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves clarifying raw sugar cane; dividing obtained clarified substance into two parts in the ratio of 2: 1 - 1:1; mixing larger part of clarified substance with solution of refinery massecuite yellow sugar and first crystallization massecuite drain; subjecting produced mixed clarified substance to lime-carbonic acid refining process and filtering; sulfitizing and filtering; sulfitizing and filtering second part of clarified substance without refining; directing both parts of clarified substance for boiling out of messacuite. EFFECT: reduced consumption of lime for refining and decreased loss of sugar in filtrate due to alkali-thermic decomposition. 2 ex
