SUBSTANCE: method involves adding surfactant to molasses mass in an amount of 0.01-0.04% for removing air bubbles and reducing viscosity; feeding molasses to reservoir for holding at ambient temperature; cooling while mixing for providing growth of small sugar crystals contained in molasses with following separation of crystals; adding Formalin in an amount of 0.7-1.2 l per 1 cub m of molasses and alkali reactant to obtain pH value of 7.0-8.0; supplying protective layer forming substance onto molasses surface into reservoir.
