FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this relates to facilities for frameless glazing. Hollow interlaying member can be used for isolating glazing with glasses located in parallel. Hollow interlaying member has tubular rod made of glass-fibrous reinforcement and polymeric binding agent, and heat-reflecting layer. Spacer wall is made with profile in lateral cross-section in the form of trapezium which by its wide face is turned towards hollow. Side walls and spacer wall are made thin. Heat-reflecting layer is applied to external faces of spacer wall. Wide face turned towards hollow is fortified with glass mats with surface density of 100-120 g/sq.m. Side walls of rod opposite to wide face are reinforced with glass mats with surface density of 400-500 g/sq.m respectively in combination with glass guides located longitudinally in them. Volume ratio of glass-fibrous reinforcement and polymeric binding agent is 1:1.45 to 1:1.55 in thick wall and 1:0.68 to 1:0.73 in remaining walls.
