FIELD: lighting panels emitting infrared rays. SUBSTANCE: first design version of device is flat arbitrary-shape panel having perimeter-to- thickness ratio higher than 10 that may bear inscription or pictogram, or number, or sign; items of inscription, pictogram., number, or sign are arranged so as not to screen infrared rays of light. Second design version of device may be provided with body in the form of bolt, screw, nail, rivet, or stud, light-emitting diodes, and light filter mounted in body head or in butt end of stud.
