FIELD: neurology and neurosurgery; applicable in intake of embryonic nervous tissue for treatment of diseases of central nervous system manifesting themselves by disturbances of locomotive function and epileptic syndrome. SUBSTANCE: craniofixator has metal frame in the form of ring with guides for stop screws and anchoring screws. Ring has three vertical struts for installation on table in horizontal position. Three stop screws serve for fixing embryo head during the entire operation of intake of embryonic nervous tissue. Screws are converged at angle of 120 deg to one another during their gradual screwing-in up to full burying into tissue. EFFECT: excluded injury to embryo brain and reduced time of intake of embryonic nervous tissue due to vertical position of embryo head. 3 dwg
