FIELD: medicine, applicable for treatment of ophthalmic diseases. SUBSTANCE: device has a distributor with three inputs and n outputs, timer connected to the first input of the distributor, two pulse generators connected respectively to the second and third inputs of the distributor, two frequency setters connected respectively to the inputs of the first and second pulse generators, pulse shapers having one input and two outputs; the input of each shaper is connected to the respective output of the distributor. The first base of dielectric material with n capacitor plates installed on it, each plate is connected to the first output of the respective pulse shaper, spectacles with two lens holders, the second base of dielectric material with n capacitor plates installed on it, each plate is connected to the second output of the respective pulse shaper; both bases are used as lens holders, they have a central hole, and the capacitor plates have a segmented shape and are located on these bases radially. The device provides for effect on the area of the organs of vision by a pulse low-frequency electromagnetic field moving in space. EFFECT: reduced adaptation reaction of organism and reduced course of treatment. 7 dwg
