FIELD: medicine, applicable for recovery of sleep disturbances. SUBSTANCE: the device has series-connected time relay, fixed repetition rate generator, coupling capacitor, signal former, signal detector, timer, key, oscillation indicator. The indicator is connected to the time relay and fixed repetition rate generator. The feed input is connected to the signal detector input and to the key control input. The key outputs are connected to the earthing busbar. The former- distributor is connected to the signal detector input. The device uses n current keys. Each input of the current keys is connected to the respective output of the former - distributor. The device has an adjustable voltage source, luminous radiator with groups of light-emitting diodes installed in it. The luminous radiator is installed directly above the feed. EFFECT: provided pulse nature of effect by low-frequency electromagnetic field and light, treatment of neuroses, overfatigue, sleep disturbances. 7 dwg
