SUBSTANCE: region of inflammatory process is subjected to combined effect of low-intensity laser pulsed radiation in near infra-red section of spectrum at wave length of 0.89 mcm, pulse repetition frequency of 80-2000 Hz, power flux density of 1-20 mW/sq.cm and of pulsed low-frequency electromagnetic field at pulse repetition frequency of 20-80 Hz, therapy zone intensity of 0.1-10 V/cm, time of exposure of one area of 1-4 min and summary time of exposure of several areas not exceeding 10-12 min. Device has power supply and control unit l with radiation unit 2 connected to it, generator 3 of pulse low-frequency voltage with electrode 4 coated with dielectric 5 connected to it.
