FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has pulsating low frequency voltage generator connected to electrode. The electrode is flexible plate insulated by means of dielectric material and having slits for fixing it on patient face and enabling the plate to fit into a base under remote control. To achieve combined stimulation with pulsating low frequency electromagnetic field and permanent magnetic field, flexible permanent magnets are placed on the plate surface.
