FIELD: ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: conjunctiva is separated. Surface sclera grafts are cut out with the base to the limbus in the region of projection of the ciliary sulcus. Two threads in pairs are put in the region of the cut out grafts in parallel with the eye horizontal axis and symmetrically relative to it. To this end, use is made of a needle, which is sticked into the corners of the base of one cut out surface graft. The base is equal to or exceeds the lens optic part. The needle is brought out to the respective corners of the oppositely arranged surface graft. The implanted lens is fixed between the threads put in pairs. EFFECT: fixation of intraocular lens of any model.
