FIELD: hydraulic treatment of hydrocarbon raw materials. SUBSTANCE: designed structure of catalyst carrier is light by mass and easy to manufacture. It permits flow of liquid in layer of catalyst with uniform distribution. Structure is cone-shaped and its diameter expands upwards. Structure of catalyst carrier includes shell-like element of carrier, first gauze layer that carries thick gauze elements and second gauze layer having mesh size that does not allows catalytic particles to pass through. First gauze layer covers element of carrier and second gauze layer covers first gauze layer. Shell- like element of carrier has bottom round plate extending perpendicular to central line of reactor and side wall having truncated-cone shape that extends upwards from edge of bottom plate. Bottom plate and side wall are made from perforated plates through which liquid passes. Assemblage of cylindrical devices of various diameters guiding flow are provided in the lower part of shell-like element. EFFECT: simplified design and reduced need in labor force. 21 cl, 10 dwg
