FIELD: manufacture of elastomer films having surface sections carrying two elastomer materials as minimum colored differently. SUBSTANCE: section of surface of form is screened in correspondence with proposed process with the aid of mask that has at least one edge limiting specified section. Layer of first elastomer material is deposited on surface of form and edge of mask. Then mask is removed and second layer of elastomer material is deposited on specified section of surface of form. With screening of section of surface of form edge of mask is located on top on at least one protruding edge of surface of form which limits jointly with edge of mask section of surface of form. First layer of elastomer is deposited on one side of protruding edge of surface of form. In accordance with second version edge of mask is put at certain distance from surface of form when first layer of elastomer material is deposited to prevent contact between layer of first elastomer material deposited on surface of form and mask. Deposition form unit has form with limiting surface and at least one mask to screen section of surface of form. Mask has one protruding edge as minimum limiting specified section of surface of form together with edge of mask. Edge of mask can be put on top of protruding edge of mask. In correspondence with second version unit has means keeping edge of mask at certain distance from surface of form when first elastomer material is deposited. Invention describes elastomer film made of at least two elastomer materials with surface sections manufactured in agreement with process specified above. Two elastomer materials are joined along boundary line which one section as minimum is located on outer recess of elastomer film. EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain aesthetic boundary line between elastomer materials especially when elastomer film id manufactured from materials with contrasting colors. 17 cl, 13 dwg
