FIELD: chemical industry; methods of production of the molded laminated formed components.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of chemical industry, to the method of manufacture by the process of molding, and in particular, using the reactionary injecting molding of the microcellular or non-cellular elastomeric polyurethane surface layer, which usually contains a protective layer for formation of a composite or, in a general sense, to the method of manufacture of a composite, which contains the first laminated formed component, which is produced by means of the molding process out of a polyurethane reaction mixture, and the second laminated formed component, which at adherence to the first component forms a composite. The first laminated formed component, and in particular, its surface layer, are produced by injection or filling of a polyurethane reaction mixture in a closed press-mold, which has the first and the second interacting sections, so that the rear side of the indicated first component is formed due to the contact with the second section of the mold. To exclude usage of the separating compositions on the rear side of the first laminated formed component and therefore their negative action on the adhesion with the second laminated formed component and also to eliminate penetration of the reaction mixture on this rear side between the sliders of the mold, the surface of the mold is supplied with a removable preventing adhesion coating made in the form of a flexible sheet material. As the such coating they may use the elastically-stretched sheet material, to which before closing the mold preliminary put into the given shape according to at least the general configuration of the second section of the mold and which is elastically stretched by means of the second section of the mold at its introduction in the first section of the mold for closure of the mold. Also in the capacity of this coating there may be used an elastically deformed sheet material, which is fixed in the second section of the press mould, and to which also preliminary is given the form according to at least general configuration of the second section of the mould. The technical result of the invention is exclusion of usage of the separating structures due to usage of the removable preventing adhesion coating made in the form of a flexible sheet material to avoid adhesion of the manufactured component to the surface of the section of the press mould, which may be used for the several cycles of molding.
