FIELD: charging of flooded boreholes with explosive during surface mining of minerals. SUBSTANCE: after dewatering of borehole its surface is hydraulically insulated by jacket produced from tape of water-proof paper that is reeled out from two coils placed on both sides of borehole. Guiding funnels arranged concentrically direct tape in the form of semi- cylinders on both sides of borehole which overlap its surface with superimposition of edges of tape as tape width exceeds half-length of circumference of charged borehole. After formation of water-proof jacket borehole is charged with explosive. EFFECT: increased reliability and safety of charging of boreholes. 1 cl, 2 dwg
