FIELD: mining industry, applicable for charging of flooded holes with an explosive. SUBSTANCE: a shell of waterproof paper is formed by unreeling paper tape from two spools, the paper tape width exceeding half the length of the hole circle, the obtained shell is dipped in the hole by a charging hose. For free dipping through a water column the given section of the shell is perforated by slots. The hole is charged with plastic flowing explosives that are hydrolabile in running water, the explosive is fed by the hose under the water column. According to the second modification, the shell with a perforated bottom part is dipped in the hole under the hose pressure for removal of water. The perforated shell is sealed, dipping in the hole the film shell with liquid or plastic compound with a density exceeding the water density. The hole mouth is sealed by the body of the drum feeder, an enhanced gas pressure is built up in the hole, and water is displaced from the hole by gas pressure or by pumping-out, after that the hole is charged with a hydrolabile explosive, feeding it by the drum feeder and maintaining a high gas pressure in the hole at charging, the drum feeder serves in this case as a gate. According to the third modification, after sealing of the lower part of the perforated shell the hole is charged with an oxidant, for example, nitrates of ammonium, calcium, sodium with formation of a saturated solution, after that solid components of the explosive are charged in the hole, for example, ammonium nitrate, combustible and sensitizer, trinitrotoluene is used as sensitizer.
