FIELD: road-building industry. SUBSTANCE: description relates to actual highway separate grade crossing and can be used in building and reconstruction of separate grade crossings of motor roads primarily in urban conditions. Separate grade crossing includes crossing of motor roads located at different levels. This crossing creates four sectors in plan, and accommodated in each sector are curvilinear left-turn loop-like departure ramp and right-turn departure ramp which together adjoin motor roads that crossing them, and overpass in one of motor roads in center of crossing. Separate grade crossing is provided with additional motor road located under lower-lying motor road with creation of two additional sectors. Also provided are four additional left-turn loop-like departure ramps and four additional right-turn departure ramps. Right-turn main departure ramp and additional departure ramps are located at both sides of lower-lying motor road between upper-lying motor road and additional motor road and they are combined together with creation of right-turn loop-like departure ramp. Each right-turn combined loop-like departure ramp unites all three motor roads. Located in main sector and additional sector at one side of lower-lying motor road are left-turn loop-like departure ramps and right-turn departure ramps which converge with creation of section with common carriage way for traffic movement in both directions. Additional branch line adjoins section with common carriage way in main section. Secondary motor road adjoins right-turn departure ramp in diagonally located sector. Right-turn departure ramp of secondary motor road is combined with section of main right-turn departure ramp of this section with creation in this section of carriage way for traffic movement in both directions. Application of aforesaid arrangement of separate grade crossing allows for redistribution of traffic flows with exclusion of traffic jams and increasing traffic capacity of roads together with ensuring safety travel. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 7 cl, 8 dwg
