FIELD: holography. SUBSTANCE: device uses a holographic optical element having at least two groups of holographic regions. The regions of each group (groups) differ from the regions of the other group (groups) and alternate or are overlapped by the regions of the other group (groups). The regions are designed in such a way that light which is incident on each group of regions is directed to the respective one of the grat number of observation zones. EFFECT: the device provides for three- dimensional presentation and a set of observation positions; the observer may move relative to the device without any boss of stereoscopic effect. 25 cl, 17 dwg
