FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: drive has electric motor, speed governor built up of two axial-piston hydraulic machines coupled together through distribution disk with two arch-shaped ports separated by packing partition, and mechanical speed setting element. Differential mechanism is fitted between motor and speed governor its satellites being fixed to motor shaft; one sun gear of mentioned mechanism is connected to motor output shaft which mounts cylinder block of one hydraulic machine and other sun gear is coupled with hollow shaft that carries cylinder block of other hydraulic machine; hollow shaft is coaxially mounted on output shaft for independent rotation; inclined disks of mentioned hydraulic machines are joined together through links so that with maximum angle of inclination of inclined disk of one hydraulic machine relative to shaft inclined disk of other hydraulic machine is set perpendicular to shaft axis.
