FIELD: ophthalmology; applicable in cornea incision for flap extraction. SUBSTANCE: cornea incision is made through 1/3 cornea thickness from 10 to 14 h. Cornea is separated into layers in direction to its center along entire length of incision through width of 0.5-1 mm. Front chamber is opened along entire length. Length of incision equals length of cornea incision. EFFECT: more tight sealing of eye during operation. 1 dwg
