FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making corneal paracentesis 2-2.5 mm from the limb in front of the iris root separation place. Needle with a thread is introduced into the anterior chamber via the paracentesis. The torn iris edge is caught. The needle with thread is brought outside through sclera behind the limb. Inward puncture is done with the needle and thread into the sclera 1- 1.5 mm far from the first outward puncture point. The needle is introduced into the anterior chamber. Outward puncture through the cornea is done near the limb. The thread is cut off. The cut thread end is drawn outside via the inlet paracentesis by means of micro hook. A knot is tied and hidden into the anterior chamber. EFFECT: reduced risk of traumatic complications; improved cosmetic effect. 3 cl, 2 dwg
