SUBSTANCE: described are new N-morpholino-N-nitrosoaminoacetonitrile and cyclodextrin or hydroxypropylated cyclodextrin or methylated cyclodextrin inclusion complexes which comprise, as catalyst or stabilizer, ions in the form of ammonium salt or alkali metal salt of said complex. Said complexes are stable in solid state, and give off nitrogen oxide at room temperature when dissolved in water or water systems. Described are method of preparing said complexes, pharmaceutical composition based on said complexes and capable of isolating nitrogen oxide and method of affecting living cells with nitrogen oxide.
