FIELD: pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to pharmaceutics and provides a process for producing sulfoalkyl ethers of cyclodextrin ensuring a low content of the components, degrading the drug in particular the chlorides due the stage of processing by activated carbon with a conductivity of 10 µs or less, as well as to the product, obtained using said process and composition for delivery of active agents sensitive to the content of chlorides.
EFFECT: group of inventions allows to reproducibly obtain sulfoalkyl esters of cyclodextrin with reduced chloride content and provides improved stability of the composition with active agents that are sensitive to chloride content.
