FIELD: molecular biology, genetic engineering, microbiology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to producing polypeptides involved in biosynthesis of cobalamines. Cells of the strain-producer Pseudomonas of cobalamines are transformed with the plasmid carrying genes cob F-cob M of operon that encodes cobalamines or genes cob A and cob E of this operon, or combination of these genes. Cells are cultured under conditions providing biosynthesis of cobalamines and the end product is isolated. Plasmid pXL-368 has genes cob A and cob E of operon that encodes cobalamines. Plasmid pXL-367 has genes cob F-cob M. Plasmid pXL-525 has genes cob A and cob E and genes cob F-cob M. Microorganism Pseudomonas denitrificans SC 510 RifR carries the plasmid pXL-525 and produces cobalamines. EFFECT: increased output of the strain that synthesizes cobalamines. 14 cl, 1 tbl, 54 dwg, 9 ex
