FIELD: experimental surgery. SUBSTANCE: method involves dissection of abdominal cavity, alcoholization of diaphragm nerve by means of injection of 1-2 ml of 70-90% alcohol, dissection of diaphragm-esophagus ligament, measuring size of right medial branch of diaphragm, injection of polyvinylpyrrolidone into medial branch of diaphragm in amount of 0.3 ml per sq. cm, taking in wound in layers. After 6-7 days of wound healing, level of abdominal pressure is increased by 60% of initial level by means of tight bandaging abdomen of research animal for one month. EFFECT: increased similarity of hernia of diaphragm esophagus foramen to clinical pattern. 1 ex
