FIELD: electronics. SUBSTANCE: material for tantalum electrode is insufficiently sinuous and has exceptionally low equivalent inductance placed in series and exceptionally low equivalent resistance connected in series, expanded high-frequency characteristics, very high specific capacitance and reduced usage of tantalum for anode. Anode material is characterized by availability of cross-section made up of tantalum laminations separated by gaps formed in electrode displaying high density. Laminations are electrically intercoupled which leads to growth of structural stability of article. It also gives possibility to control shape of tantalum material thoroughly in process of machining. Process of production of such material includes pressing of billet filled with preferably geometrically homogeneous mixture of tantalum bars and pressed metal. When size of billet is reduced in sufficient degree and billet is separated pressed metal is removed by selective solution with acid. EFFECT: achievement of large degree of miniaturization, high specific capacitance and expansion of high-frequency characteristics. 15 cl, 12 dwg, 1 tbl
