SUBSTANCE: method involves production of powder by means of interaction of alkali elements of Group V - B amounting to 500-7000 parts with respect to one million nitrogen parts and 700-3000 parts amounting to one million oxygen parts. Electric losses are decreased by, at least, 28% for electrodes that are anodized at voltage of 100 V and more, with respect to electrodes and complete capacitors that are produced from non-doped materials.
