FIELD: acceleration equipment. SUBSTANCE: output window of accelerator of charged particles has cooled bearing grate and first metal foil put vacuum-tight on to vacuum chamber and additional foil put vacuum-tight on to additional cooled bearing grate placed vacuum-tight on to first foil on other side of vacuum chamber. Pressure below than atmospheric one but higher than in vacuum chamber is kept in space between metal foils. This pressure is controlled by measurement and signalling unit that sends alarm signal with change of pressure in clearance between foils. Inert gas can be used in space between them to prolong service life of foils. EFFECT: increased functional reliability of output window of accelerator and prevention of failure. 1 cl, 1 dwg
