SUBSTANCE: method involves providing repellent action in the form of repeated pulses of optical radiation with wave length of 180-2,000 nanometers and width of spectral range of from 10-5 to 1.8 103 nanometers. Optical radiation brightness temperature is at least 3,000 K with pulse time of 10-8 to 10-1 sec at half-height. Radiation pulse frequency may be changed in accordance with specific law.
