FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods and device for accelerated alternation of eye cornea form to decrease or eliminate defects of eye refraction. Accelerated alternation of cornea tissue form is carried out by administration into eye of one or more enzymes and/or other agents that show the transient softening effect. Then the solid contact lens or lens set are put on cornea and lens have a concave pattern which will correct the refraction defect. Then softened cornea changes rapidly the convex curvature form to the concave curvature form of the contact lens or lens set resulting to an emmetropicity property to eye. Then enzymes and/or other agents are released from cornea and the latter is "consolidated" and retains the new emmetropic form. After "consolidation" lens that provides emmetropicity for eye is removed. EFFECT: nonsurgery method of vision correction, stable results for short period. 43 cl, 27 dwg, 3 ex
