FIELD: railway transport; control devices. SUBSTANCE: device has vertical and cross acceleration pickups installed on unsprung parts of locomotive. Speed pickup being locomotive speedometer is connected in series with analog-to-digital converter, "tie" frequency calculator, and "near-tie" frequency band forming unit whose outputs is connected to first inputs of acceleration signal energy calculation units. Vertical and cross acceleration pickups are connected through corresponding circuits of series-connected low-pass filter, analog-to-digital converter and energy spectrum evaluation unit, to second inputs of corresponding acceleration signal calculation units. Outputs of units are connected, respectively, to inputs of comparators on other inputs of which reference signal sources are installed. Outputs of comparators are connected to AND gate through pulse shaper is connected to brake application unit. EFFECT: enhanced reliability, reduced cost of carriage. 1 dwg
