FIELD: organic synthesis. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to therapeutic conjugates containing a therapeutic compound conjugated with one, two, or three fatty acyl groups. Therapeutic compounds are preferably nonsteroid anti-inflammatory agents including carboxylic group. Acyl groups are bound to therapeutic compounds through tromethamine and ethanolamine derivatives. New conjugates with formula I (presented in description) are described where x is nonsteroid anti-inflammatory compound containing carboxyl group; y is absent or represents one or two amino acids or a peptide; B is hydrogen or fatty acid acyloxymethyl group; and R₁, R₂ and R₃, the same or different, are hydrogen, methyl, ethyl, hydroxyl, or fatty acid acyl provided that at least one of R₁, R₂ and R₃ is fatty acid acyl group.
