SUBSTANCE: invention describes novel compounds of the general formula (I) where X is a member of corticosterone family of hormones and medicinal agents which is bound with Y through hydroxyl group; Y means linker residue taken among: a) dicarboxylic acid or anhydride; b) compound having carboxyl group and aldehyde; c) compound having carboxyl group and halide group; d) compound having carboxyl group and the group N=C=O; AA is amino acid; n = 0-5. B is H or CH₂O-R₃; D is H or CH₂O-R₁; F is R₂ or R_4,R_1,R_2,R₃ are similar or distinct and each means hydrogen atom, methyl, ethyl or fatty acid acyl group under condition that at least one of R_1,R_2,R₃ is the fatty acid acyl group; R₄ is fatty acid acyl group. New compounds of the formula (I) improve delivery, absorption, half-life value in body and targeting drugs in cell after their oral, intranasal and other routs of delivery.
