SUBSTANCE: organic substances, for example, caprolactam are isolated from aqueous solutions by way of adsorbing dissolved substance in electric field, at least one electrode functioning as conducting adsorbent. Aqueous solution is passed through adsorption column and electrochemical parameters of adsorption process ensure molecular invariability of substance upon isolation and concentration. When saturation of adsorbent with substance is completed, substance is desorbed and adsorbent is simultaneously regenerated through polarization.
