FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to purification of mineralised aqueous solutions from synthesis of caprolactam from organic substances and can be used in realising technological processes with local treatment of liquid wastes which enable recycling of organic substances and aqueous solutions. The method of purifying organomineral aqueous solutions from production of caprolactam involves solid-phase extraction of organic substances successively in two steps - first using super-crosslinked polystyrene adsorbent with micropores of diametre 10-20 Å and then using super-crosslinked polystyrene adsorbent with micropores of diametre 15 Å and meso- and macropores of diametre 600-900 Å. The adsorbents are regenerated in a water-alcohol solution. Purified aqueous solutions, the regenerated adsorbent and organic substances released during adsorbent regeneration are reused in the technological process. The device for realising the method includes two series-connected containers with different adsorbent properties, inside of which there are horizontal perforated plates for adsorbents, wherein the plates are connected to an electric drive with possibility of to-and-from movement.
EFFECT: invention increases degree of purity of aqueous solutions from caprolactam and products of its copolymerisation, and also increases the degree of regenerating used adsorbents.
