FIELD: railway track construction. SUBSTANCE: device is intended for fastening track rails to reinforced concrete sleepers in metro, main, and industrial railway transportation systems. Device has spring clamp with pressing section, insulating liner, and anchor. Insulating liner is positioned between rail foot and pressing section of clamp. Anchor is secured in reinforced concrete support. Seated in eye-lugs of anchor are free ends of clamp. Ends of clamp protrude from eye-lugs of anchor above rail foot. Insulating liner is located between them. Application of aforesaid embodiment of device limits displacement of rail foot at lifting of rail. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 dwg
