FIELD: railway transport; permanent way.

SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for fastening rails to reinforced concrete, polymer-concrete or composite rail bases and it can be used on railway main lines, including high speed railways, in tunnels, underground railways and approach tracks of industrial enterprises. Proposed intermediate rail fastening has anchor with shanks pointed downwards rigidly secured in reinforced concrete tie. Shock absorbing under-rail gasket is placed between heads of anchor on under-rail part of tie. Two spring clamps fitted on heads of anchor are made for engagement with end tongues through stress adjuster with corresponding brackets of anchor head for restring by rounded off parts on under-clamp gasket placed on tie with possibility of pressing rail to tie through on-rail insulating gasket by straight-line parts. On-rail insulating gasket is made in form of corner plate with projection in middle part placed between brackets of anchor head. Vertical flange of each on-rail insulating gasket is placed between side face of rail foot and brackets of anchor head for mating with base of anchor head. Inner side of base of anchor head on section of mating with on-rail insulating gasket is made straight-line as extension of vertical surfaces of brackets. Outer side of anchor head base provided with patter draft angles. Sides of anchor head base are made straight-line, and mating in angles of anchor head base sides is made to radius.

EFFECT: provision of reliable operation of rail fastening, possibility of use of more hard and wear resistant on-rail insulating gaskets, prevention of their quick wear in curvilinear sections of track.
