FIELD: medicine, analytical immunology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of analysis for assay of the immunophyline-binding pharmaceutical preparation and involves addition to analyzed sample the binding competitive agent that displaces analyzed preparation from the blood immunosupressant-immunophyline complexes. Also, receptor which is able to bind with the pharmaceutical preparation and with binding competitive agent at insignificant degree is added. Formed complex (receptor-pharmaceutical preparation) is isolated and amount of the pharmaceutical preparation in it is determined. Analytical set for determination of concentration of the immunophyline-binding pharmaceutical preparation contains the binding competitive agent and receptor. For assay of concentration of cyclosporin, compound FK-506 or rapamycin the set can contain [Thr2, Leu5, D-Hiv8, Leu10]-cyclosporin, rapamycin or compound FK-506 as a competitive agent, respectively. The set contains the corresponding monoclonal antibody as a receptor. Invention can be used for determination of concentration of blood drugs without preliminary extraction.
