FIELD: medicine, oncology. SUBSTANCE: method involves taking off 700-1 000 ml of lymph from thoracic lymphatic duct, its centrifugation and removing plasma with tumor cells. Obtained suspension is incubated with course doses of chemical preparations and administrated in regional artery supplying the organ damaged by tumor. Method results to decrease of tumor to its complete disappearance in nonoperable patients and ensures to transfer their to an operable state. Method prolongs the relapseless period and increases viability of patients. Method is valuable in patients with nonresectable tumors especially and can be used for treatment of patients with local cancer process.
