FIELD: medicine, veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: method involves administration of Leptospirae to the serum producer followed by blood taking off. Invention proposes to administrate Leptospirae firstly in one limb intramuscularly in the region of lymph node at the dose (1 x 108)-(1.5 x 108) microbial cells/ kg body mass and in 5-6 days - in another limb by the same schedule. In 35-40 days revaccination is carried out at increasing doses: in the first limb - intramuscularly at the dose (1 x 108)- (1.5 x 108) cells/kg, then - subcutaneously at the doses (2 x 108)- -(2.5 x 108), (3 x 108)-(3.5 x 108), (5 x 108)-(5.5 x 108), (6 x 108)-(6.5 x 108) cells/kg in each two days. Method ensures to obtain sera showing stable high titers of specific antibodies and can be used for preparing an antileptospirosis sera and diagnostic and curative preparations.
