FIELD: medicine, immunology, biotechnology, veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing vaccine comprising fullerene C₆₀-ser as an adjuvant. Invention provides essential (adjuvant) immunostimulating effect of fullerene with respect to antigenic extracts from bacterium biomass. Method involves treatment of an antigenic extract from bacterium biomass taken in concentration 0.5-1.5 mg/ml with respect to content of total protein with sodium periodate taken in concentration 20-120 mM/ml in reagent mixture at medium pH = 5.0-6.0.
