FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: vehicle lateral stabilization system has power cylinders connected in succession by hydraulic lines through four-line three-position distributor controlled by two-way threshold lateral acceleration sensor and four-line two-position distributor controlled by load sensor, with pump and tank. Two-way threshold lateral acceleration sensor is made in form of inertia contact spring-loaded from two sides and capable of displacing along axle arranged in parallel with cross axis of vehicle, and two fixed contacts located on this axle and equally spaced at both sides of movable contact. Power cylinders are installed in parallel with cross axis of vehicle and are connected at one side with vehicle frame and at side, with platform installed for lateral displacement. When loaded vehicle is cornering, four-line two-position and three-position distributors controlled, respectively, by load sensor and two-way threshold lateral acceleration sensor, connect power cylinders with pump and tank to provide displacement of vehicle platform relative to its frame, thus improving lateral stability.
