FIELD: transport engineering; electronic equipment of multicylinder internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: transistor switch for ignition system with several ignition coils has pulse stabilization circuit of current in ignition coil primary windings to which control key is connected and high voltage pulse shaping circuit to which interrupting keys are connected. Control and interrupting keys are placed in supply circuit of each primary winding. Transistor switch has at least one additional control key connected to stabilization circuit, and each interrupting key is placed in supply circuit of at least two primary windings connected to different control keys. EFFECT: possibility to built switch with number of interrupting keys maintaining break current at required level at any number of ignition coils. 3 dwg
