FIELD: superhigh-vacuum systems for manufacturing superconductors. SUBSTANCE: module is assembled of getter disks with axial holes and heating device passed through mentioned holes and used to support getter disks and to heat them. Disks are, essentially, solid porous sintered disks made of getter material. Titanium bushes come in contact with heating device. Heat shield is provided to protect mentioned getter disks from heat energy sources, to ensure heat transfer inside chamber, and to rapidly recondition getter disks. In some design versions, heat shields are fixed in position. In other versions, heat shield may be movable. One of versions incorporates focusing screen that functions to reflect heat energy from external heating element to mentioned getter material so as to ensure high pumping speed. In addition, one of versions may be provided with revolving getter member to raise utilization factor of getter material.
