Elimination index is determined at the first, third and thirteenth day after the operation using formula EI= PAL / CIC, where PAL is the blood neutrophiles phagocytic activity and CIC is the circulating immune complexes contents. The index value being less than 1.94 at any of days mentioned, immune deficiency reproduction is judged to be the case. The index value being less than 1.94 at the first or the second day and also at the thirteenth day after the operation done, persistent immune deficiency is considered to be the case. EFFECT: higher degree of adequacy and completeness in reproducing the situation.
