FIELD: disk drive systems. SUBSTANCE: proposed disk drive system has perfected lever unit of positioner in which levers can be independently introduced into and removed from positioned member. Each lever is separately and automatically locked in positioner member. Such external fasteners as screws, springs and rings are not required. As levers are made as individually introduced/removed members, they can be manufactured as very thin parts. This provides easy fastening of head suspension unit to lever without upsetting, soldering welding or fastening by screws. Thin levers make it possible to decrease disk-to-disk spaces and reduced overall height of disk drive system. EFFECT: enhanced reliability and reduced overall dimensions. 20 cl, 44 dwg
